Well, the year 2020 will go down in history unlike any other and certainly in our lifetime.  It was marked by a devastating global pandemic, significant political unrest, and an emphatic cry for social justice.

I am both happy and proud to report that in the CLC world, we strictly followed the guidelines of the CDC thereby doing our part to quell the spread of the virus. We continued to help others in need and we never missed a beat on delivering the customer promise that our clients have come to expect.

The ensuing disruption in the supply chain resulting from the pandemic created significant shortages of most things and semi-trailers were no different. As a result, CLC booked its best year in its history and, equally as important, we maintained our culture of caring and teamwork by truly looking out for one another and doing whatever was necessary to get things done.  To that end I am both humbled and awed.

In 2020 we celebrated our 30th year which came with the challenge of having to find a new home for our flagship branch in Piscataway, New Jersey.  Fortunately, and after a great deal of frustration and anxiety, we were able to secure a new facility, still located in Piscataway, that will be our home in New Jersey for the foreseeable future. In addition, we opened a new branch location in Indianapolis, Indiana which is already paying dividends by helping us to better support our customers.

As we look to 2021, we can be assured that it will be a year of fluidity and change. That said, I am supremely confident in the CLC team to continue to execute on our mission/vision.

We wish all our loyal customers, suppliers, friends and for that matter, all people, a year of health, happiness and healing.
