Betsy has been instrumental in CLC’s success since its founding in 1991. She has guided business operations across three decades of growth and innovation, always with a strong focus on organizational efficiency. In addition, she is a dedicated steward of the company’s culture and philanthropic efforts, ensuring that CLC is not just a successful business, but also a great place to work and a force for good in the local community.

Outside of work, Betsy has served as a Court Appointed Special Advocate (CASA) for foster youth in Middlesex County since 2010, where she leverages the Master’s in Social Work she earned from NYU in 2018. Betsy has been married to Michael Goor for more than 37 years and they have two amazing children, Rachel and Matthew.
