Purpose:
Measures, analyzes and reports on performance of all digital/social/mobile marketing initiatives.
Responsibilities
Essential duties and responsibilities:
- Develop program KPIs and success metrics
- Develop and refine performance reporting templates/presentations for various competencies (Display, Facebook, Website, Email, etc.)
- Uses analytics tools such as Google analytics, Webtrends, Omniture, Nettracker, etc to pull data, create ongoing performance reports, provide analysis/business insights and optimization recommendations
- Recommend tracking strategies and ensure that initiatives are properly tagged for conversion success
- Identify performance benchmarks for programs in light of the competitive landscape by independent research and third-party resources such as Forrester Research, Jupiter Research, Neilson Netratings, ComScore and others
- Social media buzz/sentiment monitoring using syndicated tools (such as Sysmos, Radian6, etc.)
- Ensures quality and timeliness of measurement deliverables meet client expectations and identifying measurement opportunities within client relationships
- Develops, tests, and evaluates new tools as they emerge
- Manage and optimize Facebook Advertising efforts
- Support the development of Business intelligence solutions (Marketing Dashboards, BI apps, etc.)
- Support QA efforts
Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required
