Adam joined CLC in 2011 as the Director of Operations. After 5 years managing both technology and operations for the entire business, he transitioned to focusing on technology only. Adam has expanded CLC’s lean, cloud based IT model to include Power BI dashboards, Microsoft CRM, and BP Logix Process Director platforms. Adam and his team continually develop new custom integrations to streamline and improve CLC’s business processes. Through automation, CLC has been able to grow and maintain a high level of customer service and efficiency while adding fewer staff.

Prior to CLC, Adam was with GE Trailer Fleet Services where he managed corporate maintenance and operations software. He also managed branch audits for 70+ leasing and maintenance facilities, and trailer maintenance spend and standards for a 60K unit trailer fleet.

Adam retired from the US Army in 2009 at the rank of Lieutenant Colonel. He has 12 years of active service in the Field Artillery, and 9 years of reserve service. Adam holds a master’s degree from the University of Pennsylvania and a bachelor’s degree from the University of Georgia as well as master’s certificates from Villanova University in Business Intelligence and Lean Six Sigma.
